New Doone Awarded Electronic Channel System Upgrade Project 2018 for China Telecom Hubei Branch

Recently, New Doone was awarded the Improvement of Financial Capital Control and Reconciliation Capability of the Electronic Channel System Reform Project 2018 for China Telecom Hubei Branch (“Hubei Telecom”), which will give full play to New Doone’s experience advantage in the technology and operation of electronic channel and provide strong support for the electronic channel business development of Hubei Telecom.
In the project, New Doone will help with the upgrade and capability improvement of Hubei Telecom’s electronic channel system so as to: provide the synchronous access capability for orders from the payment platform to access the payment data from various platforms and synchronize them locally; standardize the order generation rules and distinguish different business top-up and payment types from various platform, such as telephone charge top-up, broadband renewal and data flow charge top-up; standardize the job number among channel, business and charge-off and complete the access management to build the real-time charge-off data monitoring and account break-even capability; and provide real-time charge-off for such channel business types as telephone charge top-up, broadband renewal and upgrade to provide uniform daily reconciliation, charge-off, buyback and exception handling capabilities. The ultimate goal is to help Hubei Telecom improve its capital management efficiency and reduce the capital management risk.
